MOSES KIIRYA
Moses was born on 14th /June/ 2004 in a poverty stricken family. Kiirya was abandoned by his mother when he was young because she could no longer stand the poverty of her marital home. Having just a very small piece of land his family depended on peasant work. His father who is weak because of his HIV status was not able to raise his son.
Kiirya could move to neighborhood to look for food, their small hut started getting cracks which was leading to destruction and hardly could sleep in the rain season because their house was leaking.
Fortunately one of our church member talked to us about the life of kiirya. On verification we realized the state was worse off due to the church member’s explanjation and we saw the need to save the life of moses. Bwe brought him in the children’s home on special care since his healthy was not good.
Right now he is healthy, in school and performing well in mathematics and science as his best subject. He likes playing football, modeling objects from mud.
He wants to become an Engineer in future.
