JAMAL
JAMAL MASANJA
Jamal was born on 4th /may/ 2009 in Pallisa District. His mother who has a mental problem was impregnated by a young man who denied responsibility and also disappeared. Because of her mental illness she could not take care of son since she moved from place to place and did not feed Jamal. Causing him to be malnourished and stunted .
He was brought to church to be prayed for thinking they were demons but we realized the boy was sick. Through our social works we were Able to locate his grandmother who also has other grandchildren to care for at her old age and she just a peasant. This worsen Jamal’s life and health condition worsen.
We adopted jamal at the age of one year and three month, but he could that he not sit. We later discovered that he had Tuberculosis and also had club feet.
Right now he is u to which undergoing treatment to which he is responding positively, his club foot is being treated.
Jamal can now sit on his own, crawl and is a happy boy. Jamal however still needs help to see him grow and become what God designed him to be.
